Boy Dave did we miss some months in there? I thought it was the Fall Rally?
Not sure what time Todd & I will be arriving tomorrow. He will get me set up & then head home!! WooHoo I'm going to be all alone till Friday afternoon!!!

We're all cleaned, packed, and ready to go!!!! The dodge lost a main wiring harness and has no cooling system at the moment, so I'm going to have to baby the 5er to the campground. I don't think it is quite up to pulling the Taj Mahal though. Stupid harness is 1800 bucks:(
I can't wait to see everyone. I'm soo excited

We were in the woods cutting trees, putting up my tree stand & all day clearing the path & seeing how high a Case tractor can lift an F350. Driving back to the back hayfield we slipt off the dirt road over a culvert. We were wedged in the front wheel & bumper with culvert in between & the right rear back tire was off the ground that you could crawl under it. Tie rods & front axle resting on the ground. My brother tried to pull us out & finally had to bring in a tractor & lift us up. Can't see any damage, just the bumper a little bent. What a day!
How many days till the Rally?

Yep, Life is great especially when you are clueless! I'm leaving in 7 days for the rally!! No husband, no kids till Friday afternoon, I will have to bring 2 dogs though. Todd will bring Lady.

We went in July & spent 7 days & would like to go again. We did lots of hiking & also the Roosevelt/cookout whick was really fun. What we did was divide the park into sections & explored that area for the day. Another fun thing was to take our gas grill with us every day & found great picnic areas at night & grilled out, our kids enjoyed that.

We like staying in Sturgeon Bay at Tranquil Timbers.
Take a winery tour, visit a lighthouse, stop at the Farm in Carlsville for homemade ice cream.
We enjoy hiking at Peninsula State park. This is a great area to visit with lots to do & see.

Our camping weekend went well. Daisy did really well & actually slept till 6:45 on Saturday & 6:15 on Sunday. There was some neat sites decorated & Diesel won third place in the dog costume decorating contest. Anthony dressed him up as a space alien surfer, I was amazed that he allowed Anthony to dress him up.
